This privacy policy describes how Calen Walshe ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects information when sending personal SMS messages to individuals who have directly provided their contact information.
I collect only the phone number and name voluntarily provided to me directly by the recipient in person or through direct conversation. No additional personal data is collected through the messaging program.
Phone numbers are used solely to send the following types of personal messages:
Your phone number and personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Information is not used for advertising.
Contact information is retained only as long as needed to maintain the messaging relationship. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting me directly or replying STOP.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent.
